Got the tickets, they told us 1245 boarding north deck... line up at 1250 come on board and the boat is half full already. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Where did these people come from, I was about 30th in line to board.
I bought the wrong cruise but was able to change it. I did not understand the seating. the tour guide was fine but some of his facts were wrong.
Should have told us before we bought tickets that we would not be going completely around Manhattan. We booked the tour to see Yankee Stadium but it wasn’t included today. I understand the problem with the tides but we could have gone on a different day had we known before board
Great experience
It was good. The only problem is the schedule is not accurate. I went for the 12:30 cruise and was told that doesn't exist anymore, so we had to wait 2 1/2 hour for the 2 o'clock cruise.
