Very bad service came in with 2 tickets on my phone went over to the booths to redeem them they told me to go on the line and wait to get on the boat once it was my turn they said I needed a print out went back to get tickets boat left very very bad service waited on line and got screwed with my money!
It was awesome! A lot of fun, staff was so entertaining and social. Definitely recommend

The tour guide was very informative and enthusiastic. My friends and I learned a lot about New York and it’s history.
There was just too many people and it was hard to take good pictures because the boat was not steady
