I love Citadel as a financial institution, for a lot of reasons. Customer service staff are always friendly and polite. I've yet to encounter a surly associate. Of course, having friendly, competent staff is only one part of the puzzle in finding a good banking institution. After all, we need them for their financial services. So let's talk about that. Fabulous Credit Union. This is way banking should be. Great customer service. Face to face tellers with smiling faces. Open desk area where you can see the customer service staff. No one is hiding behind a cube wall or door here. I have rarely had to wait for assistance and i am always greeted with a smile and helped well. costumer service its that worst spoke with tyler his id # 22390 he was very rude online and couldn't give me an answer so easy that he had access to what my account had. i hope they fire him because workers like that don't need this credit union. mrs. kathy, the one who was able to assist me, was very kind. people like her would like to be served.

I have been long disappointed with Citadel. They are not your typical, friendly credit union. Their fees are more aligned with that of a greedy bank. Please be advised that some services listed on their website are not actually offered. Today was the second time I requested to use the notary services advertised online, only for them to say they don't actually provide the notary service I need. The hours of this bank is terrible and does not help The working Man who goes into work at 6:00 a.m. and gets done when the bankers leave. If you really want to serve the common worker extend your hours especially on the weekend when we do have off. I don't appreciate carrying around thousands of dollars and not being able to deposit it. I can't do that because I lost my debit card which I called for twice to be replaced and never received it. Not a trusted banking partner. Have banked here for 20 smthg years and will be closing all accounts and would deter anyone from banking with this institution. My son was a victim of fraud and Citadel did NOTHING to help prevent or protect us. 99% of the time checks Ive deposited over the years always had some hold on them, even for lower amounts.
