Not a trusted banking partner. Have banked here for 20 smthg years and will be closing all accounts and would deter anyone from banking with this institution. My son was a victim of fraud and Citadel did NOTHING to help prevent or protect us. 99% of the time checks Ive deposited over the years always had some hold on them, even for lower amounts.
