I submitted a request for a move into a rental property on 5/19. My move in date was 5/30. I was told your company could help ease the stress of the move. I spoke to one person who took down all my information. Even though I told your rep numerous times, I have ATT and I needed to transfer service, a new account was created. I now have 2 ATT internet and 2 DirecTV accounts with different account numbers. I am also required to pay all required fees for a new set up.
