great service. they got everything set up
I submitted a request for a move into a rental property on 5/19. My move in date was 5/30. I was told your company could help ease the stress of the move. I spoke to one person who took down all my information. Even though I told your rep numerous times, I have ATT and I needed to transfer service, a new account was created. I now have 2 ATT internet and 2 DirecTV accounts with different account numbers. I am also required to pay all required fees for a new set up. Would never recommend. Didn’t follow through on what they said they were going to provide and then as soon as they got our information they disappeared and internet/tv provider has no record of their rates and they never attempted to cancel our current tv account like they claimed they would before signing us up for new one. And my rates are triple what they claimed they would be for my new tv and internet Just do it yourself don’t give yourself the headache I have done to myself
A lot of extra hassle to use Citizen Home Service. I had issues from the beginning of service installation day to when I received my first bill. Although my representative, Sam, was kind, he was not clear on what he promised/what my package and rates would entail, and I am now stuck in a year long contract with AT&T. Highly recommend just contacting your providers directly so you do not get the runaround!
A horrible, unprofessional experience, and that's before I even got started with them!!! They called during inconvenient hours and ignored 4 schedule appointment calls. Each time I called them about missing my appointment, I was given an excuse, then a rescheduled appointment, and they still did not call during my scheduled appointment time.
