I would never again use this company! The absolute worst service I have ever received. We were told that the electric, gas and water were set up for transfer and upon moving in all 3 were turned off and we had to call each company ourselves to start the process. The gas company stated that they didn’t even have a note regarding our new address. Someone dropped the ball and we were without power for over 24 hours, gas for 24 hours and water is still turned off.

Wayyyy more of a headache than a help. Just do it yourself. Ours was a cluster from the beginning and our rep never called back or responded when balls were dropped.

After researching what happened, it seems that the electric order we placed was cancelled after someone besides us placed a second start order. Unfortunately, this issue would have happened even if you had placed the order yourself. We are not sure who placed the second start service order, but this is what caused the issue. I don't see any other issues, we have been trying to reach out to you to resolve this.
