They were very friendly and accommodating. In fact, I have back issues, and they tried to accommodate me as much as they could. I will definitely be coming back, no pun intended.

I just walked in yesterday because I felt like I had something stuck in my permanent retainer and I had tried everything! They were very busy but took me right back and took care of it!
