Last time I took my dog there (last week) , did not received any photo or any report. My dog could not wait to pee and it took him a long time (his bladder was very full). I left food and I dont even know if they fed him. He had so much energy as if it was in the cage for a long time. Left a message on Messenger, seems they tead it but never responded. My boyfriend and I found this place after researching cat boarding places to leave our fur baby while we went on a vacation. We were gone during the Fourth of July. I have horrible anxiety, especially about leaving my cat, so I thought this would be a good way to keep him safe and cared after while we were gone. But I was definitely wrong. It would be wonderful to actually get a phone call back. Called Thursday left message for a call back nothing, called Saturday left message, no call back, call this afternoon asked to speak to a manager, they took my name, and was told they call back. This business doesn't know how to return phone calls. Kinda annoying. I guess they have plenty of clientele.
