City Bark Centennial neglected my dog’s medical needs, which likely contributed to her getting a severe infection and their customer service didn’t do anything about it except to say sorry. I would suggest that you DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE if you care about their well-being.

We left our cats at the Thornton location for a week while we were out of town. When we picked them up, they were malnourished and injured. They told us in the texts that our cats cleaned their bowls, but when we picked them up today they had full bowls of crusty dried out wet food so they clearly lied. Now they are also skittish which makes me wonder what they did to scare my cats. We will never go back to City Bark. I would never recommend it to anyone, I still can decide if how they treated our cats is animal abuse.

Last time I left my dog with them he came home with kennel cough and they posted pictures on his report of a dog that looks nothing like him . This time he got cut and one person told me he was jumping around in his kennel and another told me he bumped it outside playing … then they charged me wrong. Needless to say we won’t be using them again .

I supplied this place with all my dogs shot records all recent Vet information had her groomed and even accessed for their day care and the first time she’s scheduled for a play date we get notified that they once again need all her shot records because they can’t find them so she can’t come today if they are this careless with my dogs records I’m now concerned as to how careless they would be with my dog my opinion this is a location that is highly mismanaged
