Grooming was extremely horrible. His entire tail was cut off which I never asked for. His face was not washed at all. The hair around his eyes and nose was not trimmed or cleaned he still had eye clumps around his eyes which is always clean after a fresh grooming. The hair on his body was so unevenly cut it like it was chopped with a dull knife. His ears are so uneven I had to trim myself to make it look better. I got a text from the groomer stating that he was so anxious and flinchy that she could not trim his nails or paw ... read more

Based on my experience of City Bark (Centennial) staff neglecting my dog's medical care while at doggy day care- NOT a safe place for dogs. My dog needed medical care while at doggy day care. I was told by a staff member they would do this and the instructions were updated in her chart. A few weeks later I looked at the sealed container I gave them with my dog's medical supplies and it had never been opened. When I called them to inform them of what happened, they said they didn't know who was working when they neglected ... read more

The people here may be the least friendly employees I've ever encountered.  I would not trust them to take proper care of my pet.

Do not board your dogs here, I've boarded here twice and each time has come back with an issue that they refuse to help with vet bills. They will also without telling you leave your dog In a small room for 24 hrs a day only potting 3 times a day with no human interaction . You can pay for 30 minutes if interaction time. But that still isn't enough. Go next door to camp bow wow where your dogs get to run and be careful for

My dog came home covered in pee and smelled terrible. They said it's pretty common for dogs to pee themselves or pee where they sleep (which is not normal) because they get their last walk at 6 pm. I will never leave my dog here again. They have also overcharged me in the past. Would not recommend to anyone.

I live within a mile away so I was happy when I found a place I could bathe/brush my husky malamute so close to home, but honestly every time I've brought her here I'm a little more disappointed than the last. Today will most likely be my last time taking her here unless I'm really in a crunch, because it is nice they usually have day of or next day availability. I was told to drop her off at 10 AM, and about 2 PM I called to check in with her and they hadn't started her and said maybe she would be ready around 4pm. We calle... read more

The service at this location could not be more substandard, poor, and awful!! They don't answer the phone, they take days to confirm a reservation if they confirm it at all, and after all of that they they say they're too full and never mind. Totally unreliable!! Complete waste of time and probably not safe for your Fur baby!

They were great with the drop in and are very flexible in hours. They didn't seem to like my dog very much..the girl that worked there never had anything nice to say about my dog, and they would put him in "timeouts". He's a puppy for heaven sakes. When I picked him up he would pee in the parking lot. Would not go there again.

We took our pup to doggy daycare here once (for his interview day). Since then I have tried to contact City Bark to make a reservation for daycare and they do not return my calls or email back a confirmation. We have called at least 6 times (thinking we may have been calling during busy times) over the course of 2 weeks. Every time I call the main line there is no answer (which is concerning) and I've left a message asking for someone to return my call and I hear nothing back.
