Seven years ago we changed to City Creatures and I am so thankful that we did. At the time our beloved Schnauzer was demonstrating odd behaviors that another vet said "was simply a sign of age." Our dog was only 8 at the time and Dr Albert devoted endless hours trying to determine the cause of our dog's behavior and treatment for it. Last week, my little baby Enzo, a 6 year old Maltese, went in for a dental cleaning. Unfortunately, this breed is susceptible to periodontal issues. His X-Rays indicted that he needed 14 extractions. Dr. S. called me prior to doing them. I trusted her and told her to move forward. I was a nervous wreck, but everyone in the office and in the operating room was so kind and extremely professional. I took Enzo back yesterday for his check-up and he is healing beautifully. Dr. S. told me that before his surgery, he was not happy ... read more

Last night we had a very painful decision to put our dog Nicky (jr jr jr jr) to sleep. Tribetta & the rest of the crew there were the MOST compassionate caring people ever. They made us feel like family. Nicky's journey to 'rainbow bridge' was painless considering he was suffering this past week. I got my dog from Home Sweet Home Rescue when she was 8 weeks old. We named her Bella Bear. Bella was sick after she came to us and Home Sweet Home rescue took us to City Creatures. I was hesitant to take her to a place I didn't know but was very much put at ease with all the staff and Dr.. That visit made it easier for me to take Bella back for her spade knowing that the staff at City creatures really are such good caring people.
