I could not be more impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and kindness of this vet clinic/hospital. I switched from a vet near my house and now drive 40 minutes to have my chocolate lab seen by Dr. Albert and his staff. I don't regret switching vets at all. My dog recently had ACL surgery and the information and support we received from this clinic was beyond helpful and even sympathetic (which we did not receive at our last vet). I would not go anywhere else. Their staff is the best in the western New York area. I have three little toy poodles and two cats. Everybody at City Creatures gives them the best care possible and it is always delivered in a compassionate manner. I would be lost without City Creatures.

I absolutely loved everyone at city creatures!! My dog had been attacked by some other dogs, it was a very upsetting time and I needed to find a new vet closer to home for him. Based on recommendations I made an appt with city creatures...I was still nervous because I didn't know if I was going to like them or if I would trust them to do the surgery on my baby. I love this place. They're always wonderful with my puppy. They are actually concerned about your pet and not your money like so many other vets. Dr. Spires actually sits on the floor with your pet, how many other vets do you know who do that!

Couldn't be happier with Dr. Albert and the staff ! They saved our Great Dane. We've been to many vets over the years and have never been to one as knowledgeable and experienced as Dr. James Albert.
