Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at City Pets Vet. We didn't wait long to be taken into the exam room and all of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. No one seemed rushed and I felt like I was getting their full attention. My cat is not the best patient and I felt like they did a good job at not over-agitating her. We love City Pets Vet! We love the convenience of the location and friendliness and thoroughness of the staff.
Had a great experience! My dog was given great care and is doing just fine. The staff were kind, gentle and the vet (who seemed quite knowledgeable) didn't request unnecessary tests or prescribe unnecessary meds. She also took time to talk with me and my daughter to put our concerns at ease.
Always so good with my big puppy and with his first shot at this vet was no exception.
Technician, My, was great! Very warm, good listener, asked thoughtful questions, patient with our nervous kitty. First time at this vet - vet didn't introduce herself or try to get to know us/our concerns before launching into exam (must have read our chart, but would be nice to have verbal discussion). We only know her name because it is on the medication bottle. Office is very clean...
Dr. O was very nice and thorough. The facility was very clean and the staff was very loving to my dogs. I liked that we could cash out in the room My dogs will definitely be coming back
Wonderful experience. Nice appointment flow, patient and warm staff, Dr. Hurn explained everything clearly and it did not feel rushed. Clean and organized space. I only have positive things to say and I am so happy I found a great vet right in my neighborhood. Thank you City Pets Vet!
