Neither vet tech nor vet were personable; both seemed rushed and more concerned with Billing than the pet.
They were unfamiliar with the breed of my dog and gave generalized responses. They seemed uninterested in hearing the information I had to offer to further inform the exam. I was also put off by the lack of sense of humor. I did receive the heart worm medication and flea meds I was looking for. I will be seeking a more thoughtful and open minded care provider.
