Your Technician did a wonderful PR job for your company. I have lived in this home for 9 months now. Your schedule service is once every 90 days. This is grossly inadequate for the service needed at my residence. I am continually pestered by small flying, biting, nuisance pests that get into my home on a regular (daily, nightly) . Your service is billed on a qarterly basis and that is unsatisfactory with me. I need it to be billed monthly and I need spraying monthly not quarterly. They are wonderful. Always on schedule and even when I need them to come out for an extra process. They are very friendly and helpful and aware of my dogs. I always know when a different tech comes out because Eric does an excellent job!
Clark does a great job of controlling the ants we have frequently - never buy a house on an ant hill - they do not give up readily!! Our technician is very friendly and accommodating about timing of our service also!
They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are now checking in quarterly on a rental property and work great with my tenants to be sure all pests are under control. I would highly recommend them.
My experience with Clark Pest Control has been excellent. My needs are quickly met and everyone is so courteous that it makes it very easy to call and say "HELP! The ants are winning!" (The ants always lose. They haven't a chance once James arrives!)
