We began with a serious moisture problem under our bathroom. Clark did a termite inspection, cleaned out debris in the crawl space and put down a moisture barrier. Since then we have a regular treatment.
Prompt and courteous response to any jssues, but the problem was never resolved!
We have not had any problems with the service. We are on a 3 month regular schedule. One thing we would like, if they can give us a call and let us know when they come to spray. Last time they came we didn't know sprayed and we got a bill in the mail. Please have the service man called or email when they plan to come. 1164 Partridge Drive, Carson City. thank you.

JD arrives when he says he will; if something isn't working, the return visits are free if you have a contract.
Not impressed with the timeliness of requests or to receive reports. Plus the office staff never or rarely seem to know what is gong on either.
