Technician was/is courteous and professional. However, it would seem the current technician is NOT using the broom to sweep spider webs from the eaves and other locations. I've had more spiders in the house lately and one that has made a home in the eave right outside my living room window. Considering the annual price increases and the amount I'm paying, I expect thorough service (not just a quick spray).
You take care of things mostly quickly. thank you
Clark is dependable and will continue to persist in the face of tough jobs. We had an ant infestation and Fernando kept treating until they were completely gone! Highly recommend Clark and very grateful to Fernando for his professionalism and proactiveness.
