I still have ants! Since I enrolled in your yearly contract.
The initial service is great. They take care of all concerns at that point. Unfortunately, the visits that take place after that lack the attention to detail. Seems like the technicians are in a rush to get done. Customers should not have to point out deficiencies once the job is complete, especially when we can’t be home to point out those issues upon the job being complete. They are, however, always on time when they say they are and communicate well as to when they’re going to be there.
The technician is always polite, professional and friendly. I like that i always have the same tech.
