There are 2 things that we would like to improve: First, the service person did not announce his arrival. He was on our deck spraying when I noticed him. Secondly, we thought that he would brush off the cobwebs; especially on our back deck. Everything else is good. Thanks

We've been Clark customers off and on over the years and most recently since March of 2016. Our first technician, Marty Searle was super but soon was promoted and Keith Hughes took over and he too has been great and very responsive to any of our needs if and when they came up.
