I don’t like the fact that I am not told when you will be at my home. One time the service tech showed up to spray and I asked him to come the following week since we had our grandchildren here, as well as another dog. The tech came the following day, while we were out for a little while. I would prefer a phone call, or email notice and the choice to change the service date if necessary.

Keith discovered where our mice were getting into the house and fixed the problem right away. He’s the best. Highly recommend.

we have dogs and therefore want to insure we have the dogs in the house prior to the pest control visit. we have always received a call prior to the inspection so we can have our dogs in the house. That is a "big deal" for us

Always professional. Our service person is very knowledgeable. He always goes the extra mile amd then follows up with a phone call. Best service I have ever had.

I really want Jeff back I want to stay on the same service day as my family Judy/Bruce/Michael Randall. I would like a text reminder if possible. My dad goes over to check that my gate is closed and locks it back for me. It is helpful if it is the same day

Email upcoming service day. Always arrive on schedule. Always asks if we have any issues beyond regular service. Always polite and helpful. There are no bugs in our house.
