With regard to setting traps, you folks are great. When it comes to exclusions, you seem to be struggling. You've been to my place about 5 times in the past year, and each time you think you have closed off all the spots. Yet within, a few months, the rats are back. I don't know if you haven't found all the access points, or what.
Drew is a great professional.
You technicians Jayden and Justin are both great. They’re customer focus.
Our Clark technician is always pleasant, helpful, courteous and does a great job taking care of any pests.
