Service technicians are excellent at customer relations. Recent problem with work performed by subcontractor required intercession by department manager who resolved situation very efficiently, professionally and to my satisfaction.

Patrick communicates with me prior to the scheduled date to confirm. He also calls to let me know when he is 15-20 minutes away from arriving. He takes the time to review what issues may need attention and his recommendation to resolve the issue. He is courteous and professional in his interactions. I am very satisfied with his service.
Garage was sprayed as I asked , but I saw no sign of spraying outside around home for those spiders or ants. Cost for this is high an should for that amount be taken care of.
Needed VA termite inspection, and Mike Javius came out to service the house. He explained the inspection and took care of it.
