Every radio i have taken to them I get nothing but compliments when I'm out running around and talking it up. The 21 point checklist they have is a great reassurance that they taken the time to check out your radio and make sure it's doing what it's suppose to. No disappointments on sales, service, and knowledgeable staff. I got the BIGGEST performance upgrades offered for my Cobra 29 LTD and love it !! Ordered a MIRAGE on backorder status for my SEMI and my Cobra will be re-homed to my Dodge Ram... My 2016 T680 had a bad connection in the dual antenna CRIMP plug in... got that upgrade to a twist on connector with soldering done. Very happy customer :-)
