I wouldn't even give Clays 1 star for the disrespectful way that BEN handled my service and contacting me. BEN never sent me a service policy nor was anything discussed upfront about their policy. BEN NOT informing customers upfront before giving a RA # for service that it will take 6-9 weeks for repairs and I had to call myself after NOT hearing from Clays for 3-4 weeks and was told from BEN that I'm still 6th inline for repairs and he would call me same day after repairs are completed, I DID NOT get a phone call till follo... read more
Horrible
Went there to buy entire cb setup. CB, antennas , coax, mounts, everything. Was talked out of buying a $400 cb because there were backed up and couldn’t tune it and set it up the same day. Guy didn’t seem to be concerned about selling me anything really. Kept having his attention diverted easily. I was excited to finally get a chance to go to clays radio shop because of all the reviews. Wasn’t impressed. Only wound up buying an antenna and coax. Really bummed I didn’t get a new radio. Which is the only reason I went there.

It's really rare I take the time to write a review like this. It takes an unbelievable amount of disregard for somebody's time and money to spark this kind of outrage in me. These guys are not looking out for your best interest. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The actual technician seemed like a nice enough guy (I spoke with him momentarily on the way out) but his employees do not care about their job or respect your time and money. This man is a thief and a butcher! $234.00 in his shop for a channel selector knob. I now have a good channel selector knob! Warning; side effects include; a very high bill, a lighter wallet, a radio that now shorts out, no display, overheating, and not to mention a thief that keeps f*cking people out of their hard earned money. I honestly hope this butcher doesn't con and steal from you too!
