First step, they get immediate financing for you. When you give them the go ahead, you have officially paid them in advance. From that point forward, they don't give a crap. After all.....you just gave them over $10,000 in advance. Why should they care? When their dentures don't work, they blame you. I had implant fail twice they canceled reconstruction surgery and the third appointment I drove 4 hrs one way and they say no doctor there but waiting room full no where to sit and I just had leg surgery they said they called and emailed but didn't want to see my phone when I tried to show that was a lie

After waiting almost 3 hrs for my appt, finally gave up and left. They kept telling me had 1 consultant out. They could have notified me this morning to reschedule. Instead we drove 3.5 hours one way, waited 3 hrs and called it quits.

i called the number on the website (call center in Denver) I told them I needed 9 teeth pulled and a full set of upper and lower imlants. thet quoted me a ballpark figure between 23 and 30 k. I told the woman on the phone I lived 3 and a half hrs away and gave me an app. the next day.after 2 emails, 2 phone calls, and 1 text confirming my app. they called me again in route asking if I could come in any earlier. so I got there a half hr early. some woman I think the finance woman invited me in her office, to discuss treatment... read more

They hide on the website that they will do nothing to help you file with your insurance - after listening to the front desk blow off someone on the phone I left without having the appointment. Plenty of places will work with your insurance no need to take this on to yourself in this day and age

I have not come across many that I say "Meh". I work in the industry and yes I probably should have known better however this is my story..... I visited the office as I worked across the hall, everyone was pleasant upon arrival. I gave the young lady my insurance card and specifically advised her it was under my husband's employer. She fully advised me that she would check my benefits, no need to worry. Of course the talk would suggest my business would be appreciated. Nothing is father from the truth. $25,000 and I can't get an answer to an email. After getting the procedure the implant was oversized and causing "serious" discomfort. Because I was traveling, I made several attempts to schedule service. Calls went unanswered emails got no response. Keep in mind I've already paid "in full" for my procedure and promised upkeep. Untill it was time for my next scheduled appointment. I saw their advertisement on TV so I figured let me check it out. I made an appointment online and I got confirmation via email right away. I also received multiple voice mails about reminder of my appointment and I received a regular mail along with the paper work I need to fill out so my check in process.
