Had a consultation with them for full mouth implant. After exams I was advised that it could not be done for 7 months. They took a $1000 then advised me about the 7 months. After I decided not to follow through the same day they refused to refund my money. I have since had other consultations & been advised that because of bone loss & gum disease I am not a good candidate for implant anyway. I highly recommend do your homework before you consider them. If your experience plays out at all like mine, this is what you're in for. Use my case as an example only; I'm sure some people actually leave happy. 1 You'll go in for a consultation and be ushered into an office, where a gentleman with a concerned yet enthusiastic voice will engage you in conversation. He'll ask where you're from and what you do for a living, and before you know it he's gonna sound like you guys are friends from 20 years ago and you're just catching up on each other's lives. First off, I have two dental implants from Clear Choice, in Houston Texas. Had a few issues but all were taken care of and very happy with the work. This was 8 years ago. Last week, (we live in Riverside area now) went to Clear Choice in Riverside, because I broke a crown.. They gave me an xray, and recommended two inplants, and a bride crown.. Firstly, I had high hopes after visiting this dental office. I really liked the fact that everything, including the lab facilities, was onsite. The tour that Jen gave was impressive. I got the panoramic x-ray (that was part of the free consultation) and then we went back to the finance office. This was when things got a little squirrelly, however. Made an appointment for today weeks ago but never heard from them to confirm. I called this morning to confirm only to be told they cancelled my appointment saying they had called me. I have a house phone with voice mail never received any message. Terrible way to do business.
