They are always very friendly and easy to get appointments with. If you follow the recommendations of the providers and communicate your concerns honestly you ewill have no problems. They have no time for drug seekers ! They waste the providers time and hinders the care they need to provide to patients who really them.

had and apt and when i went to check in the person at the desk was rude and when someone of color came in she was so nice and frendly to them she is like this everytime i come in if she is rude everytime Maybe she Should not be here. the office in Columbia md.

I have been going to KureSmart Pain Management for a few years. Now that they are "ClearWay" Pain Management, I have an $89. charge... They say it's because the Insurance company didn't cover it... The Insurance company didn't cover it "Because ClearWay Charges $89. more than KureSmart pain... I'm looking for a new Pain Management center...

First fix the telephones it took me four days to find out when my appt was . 2 Nd the dr didn’t show up. 3. The receptionist ladies are rude and nasty. 4 th give people the pain pills they need
They were very easy to talk to about all the problems I have and the Dr.even pointed out some things I have been doing wrong that may not have helped my back or my neck like using my cane incorrectly. she also put me in touch with an idea that may help. And the staff are all so very polite. It is so much closer to my home. I am very pleased with them and I like Dr.M.
