I would recommend this place for pain management. Now that they have relocated to a new location, it's so much better as far space and exam rooms. For the most medical assist are nice and the some of the doctors are too at mine is nice and patient which is Craig Doxey. He is very nice, patient and takes the time to answer questions and recommend you to a other areas that can help with pain management. He doesn't just sweep u out the door like the others ones. Dr. Rankin is a wonderful physician. He is energetic, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He enters the examining room with a smile and always a handshake! In the world of pain management, a compassionate bedside manner is as rare as it is vital. As a longtime chronic pain patient, I know excellent treatment from mediocre care, and it makes a huge difference in one's physical condition as well as emotional wellbeing. Dr. Rankin provides this excellence every day. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Rodriguez is a good doctor, experienced and knowledgable. He did a great job at American Spine. However, he had trouble adjusting to the new job largely due to Dr. Malik's legal troubles. He was hypervigilant when he isn't a hypervigilant personality. He had a short fuse at Kuresmart and was not willing to work with patients w/medication mngmt. I think Dr. Rodriguez handles being in charge better than the environment at kuresmart.

Dr. Rodriquez is excellent. He listens, explains procedures, offers options, and answers all questions thoroughly. The office staff is great. The “poor” review is due to the rudeness of the billing department. I tried, unsuccessfully to get their assistance in refilling a claim. Phone calls were ignored! They were rude when I tried to arrange a payment plan, would not answer my request for a doctor letter to my insurance, repeatedly sent me bills by text sometimes several in one day!

Attentive, and genuine. Top notch care, and realistic treatments. Additionally, at my second visit, when my results were not sent, as they should have been, they contacted the Imaging Center, and repeatedly apologized to me for the delay. THAT is really rare in the modern, sterile, often confusing and disengenuine care patients are more likely to receive today.

This was supposed to be a 5-star review but I can't get the fifth star to light. Dr. Rodriguez has been my pain doctor off and on for the last 15-20 years. I've moved to Florida and back, lost my husband and had some serious medical issues but I always go back to Dr. Rodriguez. He is, in my opinion, one of the best pain doctors around. He's very conservative (which is good for all of us) but he does whatever is needed to relieve my pain.
