"Patient, and caring salesman" Ricky Kiser worked around the clock and genuinely cared about making sure I stayed within my budget and still left with a car I loved and felt confident with. "Helpful Car Searching Experience" While I did not purchase my vehicle at Larry Hill Ford, Wayne Sorrels was one of the best car salesmen I've ever dealt with, which says a lot because I have talked with many. He promptly offered the keys to open the vehicle I test drove, but he was not pushy at all, which helps to make a car searching experience less stressful. "Great to Deal with." I found a car on line. Called the dealership and they were always nice to me and nice to deal with. They gave me a great deal I believe. I would have liked to give a five star rating. But Only because the building was not user friendly for the handicapped . The entrance to the building and the restrooms.It also took almost 3 hours to get every thing done so I could leave. ""VERY GOOD"" I WENT LOOKING FOR A TRUCK AND FOUND ONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I WORKED WITH A GREAT SALESMAN NAMED TODD OLINGER HE WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET THE TRUCK.
"Great experience! " Tanner greeted me when i arrived with a smile and courtesy. He answered all my questions and showed me everything about the vehicle. Tanner made me feel comfortable the whole process and did not push me. Mike and Kevin also were very respectful and were very knowledgable. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience.
