"service" service was very busy, came in with key problem and flat tire. Ron made special effort to get issues resolved very quickly. was impressed with his professional and personal response to my needs. I felt like I was a valued customer

"Road trip saved by Ron Penepent, Service Consultant" When I needed headlamps for a trip Ron Penepent would not stop until he cordinated the needed process to get me on the road in spite of a really heavy work load. Without his extroidinary efforts I would have had to cancel a trip that was very important to me. Thank you Mr. Penepent and the service team at Larry Hill Ford for consistently excellent service.

"Battery and Re-call" Battery had gone bad in my 2011 Fusion. It was one that Ford had put in and still under warranty. Ron Penepent checked it out. He came back to me and said that they would replace for free and there were also a couple of re-calls on my car. I left the car with him. He called the next day (shorter wait than expected) and said it was ready. My car performed much better. They honored everything at no expense to me.
