"GREAT EXPERIENCE AT LARRY HILL FORD" My salesperson Steven Cooper greeted me outside and was very polite to help me. I drove from Knoxville to see a 2017 Ford Fusion SE that I saw on the internet and was interested in doing a test drive. Steven explained everything to me about the car. We took it for a test drive. "It has 4 wheels and it runs." John Yow was my salesman. Extremely friendly. Fast service. Will be using him for my future purchases. Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles for sale. Very satisfied.
"Fantastic people to work with!" I have used Larry Hill for my last three vehicle purchases. They have always served me well with great service, honesty, and over the top professionalism. Mike Lynn and Mike Fulkerson have kept my best interest at heart when helping me to find the vehicle for me.
"Going the extra mile" I came in for a scheduled maintenance visit and requested they vacuum the interior of my car. When I picked it up, the maintenance had been completed, I got a printed report of their overall inspection that had been done - fluids topped off, tire tread checked - and the inside was clean. I really appreciated that they had done all I asked for and MORE. That's customer service!
"Phenomenal New Car Purchase" Coordinating with the dealership via email prior to arriving back to the States from Guam turned out to be extremely easy and informative I was contacted immediately after showing interest on the Larry Hill website by Internet sales. "Great customer and car service" Just came in for a regular oil change. Was close to closing time but Chris made sure I got taken care of and we had a few laughs. Love everything about Larry Hill Ford. I could get free oil changes but I keep coming here instead. I always know that it was done properly and the people make the experience even better.
