I finally got my call to come in and pick it back up and soon realized after I left, I was sent home and they didnt even do a oil chgange and it was obvious it needed to be done by even starting my car. "Warranty Repair" I took my 2010 F-150 Lariat in for a missing and loss of power problem My consultant was Ron Penepent. Ron had the technician drive my vehicle and diagnose the problem. Because it was a extended power train warranty with Fidelity Warranty , they had to send a n adjuster in to okay repair. Ron arranged for a rental F-150 to drive while repairs were being done.
