"great and personable personnel from beginning to end" Wayne Sorrels: salesmen which greeted us upon arrival and continued until final decision and purchase of the ford fusion program vehicle year 2013 w/low mileage. "Satisfied" Everyone I have dealt with thus far at the dealership has been outstanding. From my initial meeting with Steven on the lot, the the manager and finance department later on in the deal, everyone has been a big help. The car is amazing, and they went the extra mile to make sure I understood all of the features and services they provide. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, the Mustang is an amazing ride.
"Great" Great people. Great prices. Answered all of my questions correctly. Good selection. Not pushy at all. I was looking at the trucks, he asked me a few questions and then showed and sold me the truck I was looking for.

"No pressure, gave us time. " Robert Stence was our salesperson. He gave us time alone to talk about the car , no pressure at all . The car and their lifetime warranty sold the car. Most of the crew stayed there with us after closing time . We would recommend Larry Hill Ford to anyone.
"oil change and diesel exhaust fluid" I called Ron Penepent to see about service, he said they were booked up but he'd try to get me in the next morning. Upon arrival at the dealership, Ron greeted me, did paperwork quickly and said he'd get me worked in within a couple of hours. I left anticipating a two or more hour wait. Ron called within about 45 minutes telling me the truck was ready. It made my schedule for the rest of the day work perfectly. Ron is a real asset for the service department.
"Jerry Johnson provides great experience" When I entered the Service Department I was met with an immediate helpful "What can we do for you". I met Jerry Johnson, Service Advisor, and immediately gave me assurances he would take care of the process, and he did. After taking my information I waited he informed me of what to expect, time-wise and made no promises when it would be looked at or repaired (I really appreciate the honesty), but assured me it would be done as soon as possible. "another good visit to Larry Hill ford for maintenance" Always friendly, professional, clean, and honest. I'm able to bring my laptop with me and get work done while I wait, and this time, they were done with my car before I was even done working!
"Awesome " The guys here are fantastic! They were very knowledgeable about the cars. They made my car buying experience so easy. They even let me drive the car overnight before making a decision. I would definitely buy another car from Larry Hill Ford.
