"Service Visit " Ron went out of his way to solve a warranty issue on my Tire. His assistance was above all expectations and was appreciated. Service bay was very busy and he got me out in a timely manner.
"Ron Penepent Changed My Mind" I have a Ford Focus and I am very satisfied with my vehicle. I had been receiving "too many" calls from Larry Hill Ford to check and see if I was interested in trading my vehicle or if I was satisfied with previous service. "Jerry Johnson is very helpful!" Jerry Johnson in service was very helpful! Thankful for his expertise. I called for a service history on a car I was buying and Jerry supplied exactly what I needed.
"Routine Maintenance " Came by early Saturday morning to have routine maintenance done to my vehicle. I was about 10th in line and there was an influx in the amount of people that were getting service done. Larry hill ford handled the situation well and got everyone serviced in a time,y manner. "Best care I've received in a while" I was in from Illinois for vacation. My 2006 Ford F150 (which I love) started having issues. Spoke to Chris in Service. He was able to guide me to a rental and have my vehicle fixed within 24 hours. Vacation saved!!!! Chris was very helpful, courteous and understanding of my circumstance. "Bought new Escape" came in on 8-20-2016 to shop for new Ford Escape. we were greeted right away by salesman Frank Villalona. After making some test drives with an Escape and Ford Edge. we decided on an Escape. We then sat down with Ben another salesman who started the process of getting a new Escape.
