"The chef" We went to Larry hill ford in the market for a turbo vehicle. John yow or as they call him "the chef" came to our needs. Everything we wanted he found and was very friendly. Good job chef!

"The 12 Volt Charger (power point) was not working. " I was greeted immediately by Mr. Ron Penepent as soon as I entered the service area. He took my information and explained what was covered by warranty and what was not. He called me promptly saying the part had to be ordered; then he called and said an employee went to Chattanooga to retrieve part. The 3rd call was that my truck was ready. "Outstanding Service!" We received outstanding service from the staff of Larry Hill. Our Salesman was patience, committed and professional. When we thought he had given up searching the car we wanted he would call just to assure us that he was still searching and a few weeks later he called to let us know he found it.
