"Wonderful Service ! " We went in with s tight budget and not only did they go out of their way to get me a car I loved they got it to a price I needed. Rob was amazing at helping me with my first time buying a car. I will come back for future car buying !
"Friendly knowledgeable service on the spot" We were quickly met by Logan Jones. I was happily surprised by his knowledge of the vehicles we were considering especially the newly arrived 2017 models. The other staff involved in our trade were just as professional as Logan and we felt comfortable that everyone was honest and concerned that we purchased the vehicle best for us!
"Out of state recall repair" I live out of state. My mustang is here in TN with family. There was a recall that needed to be addressed. Although I had no prior relationship with Larry Hill Ford, or Jerry Johnson, the service agent that helped me, that did not stop them from giving me top notch service. "We were greeted and enjoyed our buying experience." The financial dept. is to be commended. I wish our salesman would have pointed out obvious flaws in the interior. It was right in front of him from where he was sitting on the test drive.
"Service" When I took my 2011 Ford Escape for service on Saturday, July 30,2016 I was met at the door by Ron Penepent and who quickly took my information, what was needed and had me on my way. The service of an oil change and tire rotation was excellent. Kudos to the service team for taking care of my suv. I was advised that additional work was needed due to my vehicle having over 104,000. "Knowledgeable & super friendly staff!" Couldn't be happier with Larry Hill Ford! Logan Jones is a super sales consultant - knowledgeable as well as friendly and fun to work with.
"Very helpful" Kevin Placek was very helpful as well as rest of sales people. General manager went beyond to make me happy. Only thing having trouble with is the key things being dead still but I'm sure they will fix that too. Would recommend them to others.
