"Super nice helpful people." Our salesman was Jordan Ankney & he was great! So very helpful in getting us the vehicle I wanted for the amount we wanted. Would recommend Jordan to anyone. The rest of the staff was very friendly & welcoming, even offering us (several times) home made cookies. I mean who has HOME MADE cookies? lol Everyone we saw/dealt with was really just great.
"Quick Service" I went to Larry Hill to have my car serviced for regular maintenance. Immediately, the staff were helpful and taking care of my vehicle. There were several customers already and Ron said it may be awhile. I was in and out in 30 minutes with everything taken care of and friendly customer service. Larry Hill always excels.
"Great Experience" I recently purchased a Ford Edge and, primarily, worked with Logan Jones. Logan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, worked hard to find the one I wanted, and was a lot of fun to work with. We also worked with Wayne Sorrels, and he was great too. We experienced wonderful customer service from everyone at the dealership, and I love my new Edge! I will definitely use them for my ongoing maintenance because of how well they treated us.
"Awesome Service" Never disappointed. We've taken our Ford Edge and our F150 in to Larry Hill for all of our services since we moved here to Cleveland TN five years ago. Everyone we've ever come in contact with has always been friendly and professional. All work has been done well and fair priced.
"Great, fast service on my new vehicle." I had my first scheduled service on my new vehicle today. the Service Advisor (Jerry Johnson) was great! Very professional and the service time was much faster than I anticipated. Very happy that I bought a vehicle here and the service plan.
"Purchase of CRV" Love Larry hill. This is my 5th time purchasing a vehicle from here. I have never had an issue with anything. If I have a problem Lee Johnson always fixes it!
"2015 Nissan verse note" We visited numerous lots before finding what we found at Larry hill. The warranty gave me piece of mind and it was best deal that we had seen. ?? Todd Olinger. "Smooth no pressure" Stopped at used car store but was told about Monday sale at New car store. Sales person took me there and it only took a little while untill I knew what I wanted. He helped make the process go smooth.
