"Stress free shopping. " We came up to check out a Toyota 4 runner that we saw on line. We we're allowed to drive it by ourselves and take it to lunch. We came back and with the help of Wayne and Kain we made an easy purchase without the headache or a hateful finance manager like we had at another dealership. "New Ford truck with GOOD people and quality service" This was a pleasant car buying adventure. The staff is kind, no one trying to push you to purchase a auto that you are not wanting. "Bought a used vehicle " Bought a 2015 Ford Fusion talked to J.D. Found us what we wanted within our budget no hassles no fuss. Took the car home same day
"Time management" The only negative thing I will say is that it really shouldn't take multiple hours to purchase a vehicle. I'm not going to blame the sales people personally, just the system. We just felt like we sat idlely more than we should have. J. D. was very good to us. He even offered to get us good. I will recommend him to everyone I know!
