"Super Salesman " Brian Gay is a salesperson that puts his customers first. He went to bat for me and got me top dollar (more than I expected) for my trade. I would recommend him to anyone. Great guy and a Super Salesman. I was in and out with my purchase in less than an hour and a half. I spent over an hour on a different lot in Cleveland looking at the truck I originally wanted. "Godd dealership" Thos is a good dealership to purchase a new or used vehicle from. The salesman were very helpful and they worked out the deal that I wanted and agreed too. My only downfall working with the dealership is I was paying cash for the vehicle. I had to wait over an hour just to sign the paperwork and pay for the car. The finance manager was not in a hurry to get anything done. To me it seem like it was a imposition for him to do his job because it was past closing time. Which was his fault. "Quick and easy process" From the moment I looked on the internet and connected with Bethany to texting and calls from Chris to talking to Scott about financing when at the dealership, I felt that they understood what I wanted and I got what I wanted. I did 95% remotely. Just spent minimal time at dealership. I was treated with respect and they were conscious about my time. It was what I expected from Ford. I bought my last car there as well. And if I buy another car, I will go here first.
