"Went/Saw/Bought" Researched trucks for days, found several different dealerships with trucks he wanted to see and consider. First place we went was Cleveland Ford, greeted by Brad, test drove two trucks, went in and got the one he wanted. Didn't have to go anywhere else, started there and ended there.
