"Fantastic " I went in to look for a used car that I could afford on lower monthly payments, Tariq did a amazing job working with me and finding me a car I could afford.
"Cleveland Ford" Purchasing a vehicle at Cleveland Ford was a pleasant experience. Our sales person was knowledgeable about trucks and the purchasing process. I was pleased with the way I was treated at this dealership.
"Employees are very nice to work with." They helped us find our new Ford Edge without a lot of high pressure. They were very friendly and Courteous. They had a good selection of Edges to choose from.
"Careful with details " Sales person was very good Tirque Ridgeway. He called and followed up, but not in a pushy or annoying way. Followed through and did what he said he would Had a little issue with car fax report. Make sure most current is what you have and read it. When getting ready to leave make sure to check over everything. Car was missing the jack. He took care of right away I would feel good sending family and friends to him and the dealership.
"Professional and friendly." Would have given the dealership 5 stars, but two of the sales reps I spoke to earlier in the week never called me back after taking my number. Elliott and Ade were very professional and friendly.
"New car purchase" Brandon was very helpful in making a new car purchase. He was very knowledgeable in the field of sales and also helped with trading in my car
"Great experience " Tariq worked hard to get the car I wanted at a price that worked best for me. Very out going and took the stressful part out of purchasing a vehicle. He also followed up after the purchase which is rare these days. I would highly recommend Tariq and Cleveland Ford.
