Cleveland did a fantastic job staying in touch with me during the entire process. It was lengthy due to the limited inventory but Cleveland stuck by my side and got me the funding I needed to close on my home. He will keep an eye on interests rates and ask if you are ready to lock it in. I would recommend more people use Cleveland as a lender because he's knowledgeable and will keep them informed during the lending process.
