We suffered a water leak in our kitchen and lost about half to water damage. When looking for a cabinet company in our small town we found that everyone was booked solid for months. We worked with Haylee Ann. Thomas-Kuhlmann on our new build. She was patient through the whole process and many revisions and I appreciated that she was able to step in when I was overwhelmed with details. Our cabinets arrived early and we had not a single issue. Especially impressive since there is a large kitchen, 2 pantries, laundry room and 4 bathrooms. We've a small, difficult 1920 bungalow kitchen that's all windows and doors and corners and our designer, Jeanne Schmidt, worked miracles with it! Donna, my point of contact kitchen designer has been responsive, creative and so very helpful & patient designing my kitchens. If there has been any problem during shipping, a ding, a chip, a warp, etc. the customer service has been top notch and very speedy in providing a solution. I had met with a couple local cabinet designers but knew the cost was too high given all that I wanted. I also did not want to compromise on quality.
