Clocktower is by far the BEST veterinary clinic I have been to with my pups. From when I got my first pup to now having a 12 week old pup in need of her first checkup, the staff and doctors at Clocktower have made everything quick and easy!
Vets and techs are attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. We wouldn't take our dog anywhere else in NOVA.
While I think the vets are very knowledgeable, after many years of going to this practice I switched. In my opinion, it has just become too busy and focused on the business side of the practice. As a result, client communications have suffered.
Clocktower AH is a great place to take your pets. They care about your animals , provide a high level of care, and quality medicine. Dr. Gibson is very through with all her cases. I have a dog with a lot of medical issues and she always goes out of her way to help and answer any of my questions. All the other doctors are very helpful as well. I would highly recommend Clocktower for your pets medical care.
My cat recently developed a cough. I was watching her for 4 days and it wasn't going away so I started the search for a vet. I'm originally with banfield but they're latest availability was Nov 4, and I was freaking out. I called to make an appointment here and they had an availability the next day. I've been coming to this place for almost 4 years now and they're always extremely kind and knowledgeable. Every vet my dog has seen here has taken care of my pup as if she's their own.
The staff is very professional kind and courtesy. They made me feel comfortable with my Mr Chanel. Very knowledgeable and completely throughout the visit. Told all charges before doing anything .now that's custom service at its highest. I'm very grateful and satisfied with their serve.
The vets here are very knowledgeable, and all of the staff have been fantastic with my pug. They are open 7 days a week and into the evenings, for no extra charge. They call and email you back promptly. They offer a convenient monthly plan. They've been very safe during the pandemic. Overall a great experience here!
I have been a client at this vet for the past three years and everything is clearly explained to me and all my questions are answered I do not feel rushed out the door and I do not feel pressure sales from the team here.
