I've been taking my two kitties here since they were kittens. Always had great service from the techs to the veterinarians to the front desk. They even sent my babies a happy birthday card one year! Usually pretty easy to schedule check ups/routine vaccines a few weeks in advance with the doctor you want (all are great but we especially loved Dr. Schneider). For emergency care usually can be booked within a week but even then depending on the situation they sometimes call and get you in even sooner! They have a great online ... read more
Highly recommend! My dog is really anxious whenever he goes to the vet and the folks here were so patient and kind with him. Also love the online booking system and how many same-week appointments are available.
Love every doctor we've seen over the last 3 years. My senior dog and 2 year old cat are thoroughly cared for at Clocktower.
I bring my 11 month old poochon pup here and the staff has been great at showing us some how tos and tricks with our pup. Couldn't ask for a better vet.
I've been bringing Shadow here for two years. It is a great hospital. They are courteous and fast. The doctors take their time and explain everything in detail. I know my baby is always well taken care of by this fantastic staff.
On May 6, 2022 I rescued Zoey, a lab mix puppy that was 8 weeks. I have not had a puppy in 20 years and I had a lot of questions. I also received some confusing guidance on shots and initial well visits and had many other questions...I called Clocktower because the had taken care of our Roxy and Griffin all of their lives. We're COVID pup parents and have had our fair share of disappointing vet experiences but I'm confident we've found a forever vet for our little guy! The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate and the faculty is very clean and well kept! Dr. Gibson is amazing! She's thorough, knowledgeable, informative, honest, and most importantly she cares!
Clock towerAminal Hosiptal is the only place I will take my fur-baby. I trust all the vets and their staff. They were so kindle and send me a card after my cat went to heaven.
