Roger did an excellent installation and made sure I was completely set up before leaving. Since I'm living out aways, it was a relief to have the guidance required to get reliable internet service.

I’m a widowed single mother and CMS Internet has overcharged me three months in a row. After multiple calls and explaining my situation, they have only reimbursed two of those months. I am still out money from the third billing error. During this time I’ve also been caring for my mother after surgery, so dealing with repeated billing mistakes and trying to get basic customer service has been exhausting. Internet works well went it’s not down, but in the two years I’ve had it it’s been down for a couple hours or more at least a dozen times
Most reviews are false. The employees refuse to help working remote. Have been with bad WiFi for 3 weeks waiting for calls from supervisors. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you have any sort of outage or problem you will be without internet services until someone feels like doing their job.
Terrible service. Often unable to connect to internet service. Never available to answer the phone and only operate via leaving voicemails. If you're looking for an apartment with good internet, this is not the one. Run from this service, it is truly terrible.
ATTENTION: SPRINKLING RAIN EXPECTED, MEANING CMS WILL BE DOWN FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. WIND GUSTS OF 4MPH WILL ALMOST 100% RESULT IN YOUR DISH DOING A COMPLETE 360. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Are you looking for the worst experience ever? Well, look no further. Dudes use rubber bands to hold your dish up so any slight breeze will move it which results in my having to climb a tree like Tarzan in order to have a signal worth a fuck. Don’t bother calling and having them do it they’ll just use zip ties next time. Would give negative stars if it was an option.
