I pay pretty good money for intermittent connectivity. Been out since I returned home at 6:30ish (now 8:45...was on hold as 26th in line, finally my turn...IT WAS VOICEMAIL! I better not lose my job due to no internet and no more PTO to spare! Why let customers waste their time like this???

I wish I could say this is BAD or PATHETIC or HORRIBLE or ATROCIOUS but that would be a disservice to those words. We have been home for 4 days from being south. It is way beyond ridiculous what is going on. I don't pay to have my service not work 4,5,6,7 times an hour. I have unplugged my tv 3 times this morning to get reconnected and its not even 8 yet. Worst service I’ve ever received. Been having problems with the WiFi since moving in last April of 2018 and after numerous phone calls and sending people out here, still have yet to be able to stay on the WiFi for longer than 10 minutes let alone pull anything over 5 Mbs. At this point it would just be nice to be able to do homework with out it crashing.
Your internet is awesome but your online bill payment is terrible. The page hardly ever opens and usually never works for me.
