This place is horrible. My grandparents have lived here now on year 2. Last summer it took WEEKS to get the A/C working, so many hot days and they were miserable. This winter, they DENIED fixing the furnace, which is not legal by the way, you are required to provide heat. This summer is beginning, the house is miserable yet again, because they won’t fix anything. I will be contacting an attorney on their behalf because this is absolutely outrageous. Management sucks can't have any pets swimming pool is never open or used can't have anything in your yard or on porch no outside furniture even not allowed nice place to live though
Run from all trailer parks from Vineyard Management! Lived here 3 years it was horrible. Electrical outlets went out shortly after moving in they never fixed them just empty promises. If you have more the 2 kids then expect to either be turned away or evicted. We were 1 of 5 families evicted last month with more leaving this month. They say it's from none payment but how we can we pay when they reject our money. Trailers are infested with roaches and bedbugs. Been here for about 5 months. The current property manager (Jessica) really tries to keep a clean, safe neighborhood. I appreciate that she addresses issues promptly and takes pride in the park. There are some louder residents, but overall, it's a community and people generally look out for one another. It has been a good experience so far. I would love to see the community come together for monthly meetings, or host community activities with the blessing AND support of management.
I live at coach light north and Jessica is a really good manager. Anytime there's an issue with anything she is quick to get to the bottom of it. Some of the new tenants hat have moved in over the summer have a very disrespectful kids, I am so glad that Jessica is our manager because she took it upon herself to make sure that these "parents" get there kids under control.
