Let me tell you something! The management here are amazing. They are like a family here! They welcomed me right in from the start and they made me feel like I lived already. We all have heard past things, but try them now and just see what ya think!! May have been something negative before, but for Ms. Georgann and Ms. Teresa.....4 thumbs up cause ill borrow 2 more to give 2 them! Thanks ladies for your great energy and positive vibes!! Your all are doing great things for the property.
Can't get ahold of the landlords or matinace to fix any of our issues they just don't show up or won't answer there phones in a emergency.
Ants and flies galore. You can't even go outside without being attacked by a swarm of flies. Not like you'd want to anyway seeing as there's always someone fighting and someone else's dog trying to attack kids. Not to mention the fact they don't fix anything. Back door wasn't fixed the entire year we lived there. Locks wouldn't work on back or front door and they did nothing so for a year we couldn't lock up when we left. People speeding like crazy. Manager and maintenance staff don't fix issues. They don't care about the residents, only money. While it's a peaceful place to live, you move into a dirty trailer, then get charged a fee for them to " clean " when you leave. Only person there worth a damn is the lady in the office. She's amazing!! Absolutely love her!! Everyone else... Not at all!!
As a resident that has lived here since April this is horrible there are ants in the house and now these flies are in the house they won’t do anything about it they still haven’t fixed my window that has a crack since I moved in they haven’t fixed the master bathroom they’re very dysfunctional I will never ever rent from them ever again and if you’re looking at the reviews guys please do not live here please do not they take forever to do everything and I’m irritated beyond irritated.
