Even the 1 star is generous. This management is deplorable. No one is happy with them. They are rotten to the core with deceptive business practices that target vulnerable indivuals. Everyone has submitted repair requests, no one has gotten anything repaired. The "maintenance man" just drives around the park all day but no one's ever seen him fix anything. This MHP is a joke and fraudulent. They charge way to much lot rent and the place is straight ghetto. I will never live in a MHP again . This place ruined it. I paid rent on time every month and they still treat you like you are nothing to them they had a murder happen right next to my trailer. The kids in the MHP stole bikes or whatever they wanted, the kids run w no supervision and talk to other kids and adults like they are grown Very disappointed in the management. Except for dana.
