I am writing to express my profound disappointment and emotional distress following my recent appointment with Dr. Aurora Dibner. As a patient navigating an arduous and emotionally taxing dental implant process, I entered this visit expecting professionalism, empathy, and mutual respect. Instead, I was met with dismissive, unprofessional behavior that left me humiliated, disheartened, and in tears. Horrible pain for a routine cleaning. Hygienist spoke to me in such a demeaning tone I don’t know if I was crying from the pain or the embarrassment and shame. I am a 20 year old girl and she commented on my eating habits as an explanation for my gum health. I’ve had a history of eating disorders, which I should not have to disclose in order to receive professional service. The dental hygienist and dentist were great the front office staff not so great. When I asked about billing I was met with defensive and inaccurate information.
